Fees and Finance
All of our training courses are bookable online via this website. Your booking form is delivered to our dedicated training team who will then contact you to discuss the payment of fees and any additional requirements you have.
Course fees
You will be invoiced for your course fees once you are a fully registered student of the University. On receipt of your invoice you can contact our Finance Office and, where possible, arrange to pay your fees by instalment.
Part-time funding
The Part Time Fee Grant (PTFG) from SAAS can provide eligible students up to £500 in funding towards the CCNA 1-4 course (both class based and blended learning modes).
To be eligible to apply you must meet the residency conditions and either be in receipt of certain benefits, or have an income level of £25,000 or less.
Applications for PTFG must be with SAAS within 3 months of the start date of your course.
You can find more information about the PTFG on the Student Money section of the GCU website.
What happens if I need to withdraw?
You can withdraw from your course at any point – but you will be charged relative to the time you have attended.
You must inform us in writing, email is acceptable, if you need to withdraw. If you withdraw but do not inform us you may be charged for the full course fee.
