The School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment offers flexible study options, including web-based distance learning, for both work-based learning purposes and to provide supporting material for full-time and part-time students.

We have excellent links with professional bodies and develop our programmes in line with their accreditation standards, including the British Computer Society (BCS) and the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and the Institute of Measurement & Control (InstMC).
