Learning at HLS
Welcome to the Learning Development Centre for the School of Health and Life Sciences. We provide students with academic support to help them maximise their potential in areas such as academic writing, English for academic purposes, ICT, and general study skills.
The LDC is staffed by a team of experienced Academic Development Tutors, with particular areas of expertise and skills. Students are encouraged to contact the LDC while studying at Glasgow Caledonian University for help and support with their studies. They can also arrange to see a tutor either on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.
Access our online support resources by visiting the LDC pages on GCU learn.
Appointments can be booked online and you can also request an appointment by emailing the team.
