The Hub is open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm. There are normally members of staff in the Hub on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (during normal office hours).

The code for the door will be included in all booking confirmation emails.
Yes please. Everybody who comes into the Hub should sign in in case of emergency.
We also use the sign-in record to help us with Hub planning.
We have co-working desks available to book, including eight with desktop computers. We also have four meeting rooms which can each accommodate four to six people, breakout spaces, and an events space. You can find the desk/meeting room booking link in your welcome email, our email to all members dated 19 March 2025 (for existing members) and our private LinkedIn group.
To book the events space, email entrepreneurialHub@gcu.ac.uk so that we can discuss your requirements in advance of booking. Breakout spaces are not bookable and can be used on an ad hoc basis as required.
If you graduated a few years ago, and do not have your own device, you can borrow a laptop from the Sir Alex Ferguson Library for use in the Hub.
Yes – please ensure they sign in and that you have booked a suitable space for your meeting(s).
If your guests are “VIPs” such as MSPs or international visitors, please let us know in advance as we may take the opportunity to capture footage and provide you with suggested protocols and advice.
