Cannot connect to eduroam?

If you are having troubles connecting to eduroam, please see below for troubleshooting tips.

Make sure your username and password is correct

Student
Make sure you’re logging in with your GCU username@caledonian.ac.uk
i.e abc123@caledonian.ac.uk

Staff
Make sure you’re logging in with your GCU username@gcu.ac.uk
i.e abc123@gcu.ac.uk

When connecting to eduroam, make sure you use your GCU login password, not the password for your laptop or another device

Forget and Reconnect

If you can’t get connected, please try Forgetting the eduroam network from your device. Then go through the setup process again to reconnect.
