Risk management forms part of GCU University’s governance and internal control arrangements, and it is a requirement of the SFC Financial Memorandum that the University Court has ultimate responsibility for risk management.
Risk Event Log
The purpose of the Risk Event Log is to record incidents where a risk has materialised within the organisation, and to ensure any relevant lessons are learned and communicated to the relevant departments. The log should be used even if the risk that materialised was not identified through the risk management process.
