The Law Clinic
The Law Clinic is a service that provides free and confidential legal advice and assistance to individuals within the Greater Glasgow community who do not qualify for legal aid and cannot afford professional legal advice.
We specialise in housing, employment, contract and sports law, however, we can provide assistance with other areas of law excluding criminal, family and immigration law.
We can provide general legal advice, draft legal letters, represent clients in court and negotiate on behalf of clients in contractual disputes. All of the advice provided by our law student volunteers is supervised by qualified legal practitioners.
Eligibility
Our aim is to widen access to legal services within the local community, we cannot offer advice to those who qualify for legal aid or who can already afford legal advice. If you are unsure as to whether you qualify, do not hesitate to contact us as we may be able to help you find alternative legal assistance.
