Glasgow Caledonian University is gearing up to host a thrilling event that promises to be a haven for cybersecurity aficionados.
The Glasgow Caledonian Cyber Convention (G3C) is set to make its return on 4 and 5 November. Organised by the University's Ethical Hacking Society, this event is a must-attend for professionals, students, and enthusiasts passionate about cybersecurity.
G3C 2023 is scheduled to run from 9am on Saturday, November 4, to 5pm on Sunday, November 5. The action will unfold within the Annie Lennox building.
Day one of G3C is all about connecting and learning. The event will kick off with a series of conferences and talks delving into the intricate world of the cybersecurity industry. Students and IT enthusiasts will have the opportunity to network and gain insights from industry professionals. It's a day designed to foster connections, exchange ideas, and build relationships that could shape the future of those immersed in the cybersecurity field.
Day two will feature a Capture the Flag event. This competitive challenge will push participants to their limits with a series of intricate IT scenarios that demand creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of cybersecurity.
