University Court celebrates our Principal
The University Court came together last week to celebrate the outstanding contribution of our Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Pamela Gillies CBE FRSE during her 17 years at GCU.
Chair of Court Rob Woodward was joined by his predecessors Hazel Brooke MBE, Martin Cheyne and Tony Brian, and past and present Court members, to reflect on Professor Gillies' key achievements.
A Celebration Event on our Glasgow campus will take place on Wednesday, December 14.
It will be an opportunity for staff to come together and look back over the Principal's outstanding leadership that has driven transformational change within our University, the Scottish higher education sector, and beyond. We will also thank her for the significant contribution she has made to our staff, students, and the wider community.
It will take place from 4pm in the Annie Lennox Conference Hall.
