Bob Stewart

Bob is currently the Medical Lead for the England Senior Men’s Rugby Team, a role he has held since 2023. In this position, he oversees the medical care and rehabilitation of the players, ensuring they are in peak physical condition for both training and matches. His responsibilities include coordinating with a team of physiotherapists, doctors, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare.

Throughout his career, he has also served as one of the team Physiotherapists for the British and Irish Lions, covering five tours: New Zealand 2005, South Africa 2009, Australia 2013, New Zealand 2017, and South Africa 2021. Bob has worked at major tournaments, including the Six Nations Championship and the Rugby World Cup, bringing his extensive experience and leadership in sports medicine to the forefront.
