Sean MacNiven is the global head of research and chief strategic architect for software giant SAP’s customer support organisation. He is also a recipient of the company’s most prestigious annual innovation award, The Hasso Plattner Founders’ Award, and has led the development of countless innovation projects and research programs focusing on the digital augmentation of employees and customers, behavioural science and intelligent automation.

Sean is a GCU alumni, graduating with a Doctorate of Business Administration for his work on the role of social influence in enterprise social media, and is engaged with scholars from universities around the world.
