Ntsiki is a social entrepreneur, author, speaker, and Miss South Africa 2nd Princess 2015 who is passionate about empowering women and creating social change.

She is the founder and chief social entrepreneur of MentHer, a global mentorship network that supports female social entrepreneurs with access to mentors, networks, markets, and finance. She is also the founding editor of MentHer Magazine, a publication that shares inspirational stories of social entrepreneurs and their impact.
