Rozina is a visionary, creative, entrepreneur, designer, founder and director who works across a variety of sectors such as urban placemaking, interior architecture and design, improvement districts, branding and concept development. She leads international and national projects that focus on inclusion and diversity, gender issues and youth empowerment. She also champions a number of causes related to mental health and societal challenges. She aims to raise awareness and challenge unconscious biases through critical and systemic thinking, empathy and foresight.
