Only a small proportion of the UK job market is made up of graduate schemes. Many large, medium, and smaller organisations recruit graduates but do not have formal graduate training schemes and may not even use the word 'graduate' in the job title.

Sometimes it is not always clear what jobs are appropriate for new graduates, so look beyond the job title, analyse the job description, and look at the criteria compared to your own skillset to help you decide whether to apply.
