Performance standards
We have set targets for the timeliness, quality and reliability of our services. We monitor these to ensure that our customers receive a level of service that we can be proud of.
We reviewed our performance standards during 2020/21 to reflect the changes we made to services to keep our students and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
