Your wellbeing
Managing mental health and wellbeing in a blended or online learning environment is one of the most significant challenges you may face during your time at university. Your programme may be taught completely online, or may involve blended learning (a combination of online and on-campus learning), and these can present their own set of specific challenges with regard to wellbeing.
This section of GCU Go provides you with the resources and tools you will need to help you navigate these challenges and maintain a healthy state of mind and a safe and secure virtual environment as you study.
Get prepared
Resources within the ‘get prepared’ section should help you to get started with online and blended learning.
