Zoom links are posted on Facebook and the Facebook feed at the bottom of our homepage.

Each class costs £4.50 or all classes are included with any gold membership.

On Monday and Wednesday, you can now pre-book your place for this class. Call ARC's reception desk on 0141 331 3116 from 7am on the day of the class. Those who pre-book will have priority should demand exceed available spaces.
