Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine which helps flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. Developing a strong core for improving coordination and balance.

Pilates reformer machine

Our Pilates classes do not use this machine. All you need for comfort is a mat - you can bring your own or one can be borrowed from the ARC reception desk.
