Yoga

Our yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Energetic and challenging with a focus on core strength and flexibility. Working with the breath to stay calm and relaxed through challenges, each class has a ten-minute relaxation session at the end, fantastic for stress relief!
