Gym equipment
Overview
The ARC has a range of equipment to suit your exercise needs. From treadmills to stair climbers, to cross trainers and rowers on the first floor and a range of resistance machines as well as squat racks and bench presses on the ground floor. The wide range of equipment is suitable for all exercise abilities and allows you to choose exactly how you want to achieve your goal, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, greater flexibility or increased respiratory endurance.
Main gym area
To access this area customers must proceed through the turnstiles then use the staircase half way down the ground floor corridor on the right-hand side.
This area hosts a mixture of cardio and strength and conditioning equipment.
