The first number tells you what floor of the building it is on and the last digits tell you the room number. So M525 would be: M = George Moore Building, 5 = fifth floor, 25 = room 25.

The University is very close to the Buchanan Street and Cowcaddens underground railway stations - part of Glasgow's famous " Clockwork Orange " subway system - generally recognised as the third underground railway system to be built in the world, after London and Budapest.

The University is easily accessible from Junction 16 (Westbound) or Junctions 15 & 17 (Eastbound) of the M8 motorway. Although no parking is available on campus, there is ample space available at the nearby Buchanan Galleries car park.

Glasgow Airport is situated approximately 10 miles to the west of the City Centre and is linked to the City Centre with a regular (every 20 minutes) bus service to Buchanan Bus Station which is opposite the University.
