Obtaining a CAS for New Studies
New students outside of the UK will receive their CAS from the International CAS Team (Admissions), as part of the admissions process. They will contact you regarding your CAS once you have accepted an unconditional offer with GCU and paid your initial deposit.
If you are currently in the UK, please contact the VISA Team to process your application: Glasgow: visa@gcu.ac.uk London: visa@gculondon.ac.uk.
Please take time to review the information below while you await your CAS to ensure you are prepared for your visa application.
- Visa information
- Student visa applications (outside the UK)
- Student visa applications and extensions in the UK
- Visa FAQs for new international students
- Credibility interviews
If you have already paid your deposit you can get in touch with CAS@gcu.ac.uk if you have queries about the processing of your CAS.
Before GCU issue your CAS, we must check that the data we hold on record for you and which we will use to create a CAS is completely accurate. It must exactly match the details and documents that you will take in support of your visa application.
Your CAS Data Check will be sent to you by email and you must respond in writing confirming the details and answering any additional questions which have been asked of you.
