Learning Development
Welcome to the London Learning Development Centre
The London Learning Development Centre (LLDC) team comprises academic development tutors (ADTs), librarians and a learning technologist who are here to empower you to develop your academic skills throughout your GCU student journey. We're based downstairs in 11 Fashion Street, across the road from the main GCU London Campus. Here you will find the LLDC classroom, the library and quiet study space, PCs for use, the LLDC drop-in desk, face-to-face appointment booth, and a printer you can use.
We work with all our students, home and international, full-time and part-time, masters or doctoral level. We provide face-to-face and online academic support through a combination of workshops, small group sessions, one-to-one appointments, self-teach guides and tailored teaching within modules. The teaching and advice available to students is provided in a professional and encouraging environment, enabling you to develop the skills required to succeed at university and in future employment.
