Rizal Al Idrus, MSc Public Health
Rizal studied the MSc Public Health course at GCU London.
Rizal found that the small class sizes were of great benefit to his learning experience, as well as the excellent support from attentive staff. He highlighted that GCU London not only provides a brilliant teaching experience, but also a strong sense of community with organised social gatherings and a bustling campus.

Sarwat Murtaza, MSc Fashion Business Creation
Sarwat Murtaza graduated from our MSc Fashion Business Creation course. Below she talks about her experience at GCU London.
Sarwat was impressed by the course content and felt that it was particularly relevant to people who are looking to start an enterprise in the fashion industry. Hands-on experience such as setting up a live pop-up shop in Brent Cross shopping mall was 'a wonderful learning experience' and the highlight of her experience at GCU London.
She found that overall the course prepared her for a career in the industry whether that be in branding, marketing, financing or internationalisation and gave her the confidence and skills she needed to create her own start-up.

Pietro Poletti, MSc Risk Management
Pietro Poletti graduated from GCU London in 2016 after completing the MSc Risk Management course. Pietro, originally from Italy, now works in London as an Assistant Underwriter for Lloyd’s Insurance Syndicate.
Pietro's experience at GCU London was defined by the people he met. From professors to fellow students, Pietro found a strong sense of community and a diverse and interesting group of people to explore the city of London with. He also found that his course gave a good balance of theoretical and hands-on experience which prepared him to excel in his field after graduation.

Franziska Biesterfeldt, MBA Luxury Brand Management
Franziska Biesterfeldt was a student on the MBA Luxury Brand Management course. Below she talks about the course and her life as a GCU London student.
Franziska emphasised how the excellent location of the campus and its proximity to Brick Lane defined her vibrant University experience at GCU London. She also highlighted that the course was both interesting and current which kept her engaged throughout. She described the staff as extremely motivating and passionate, stating that 'it is very easy to learn from Professors who are enthusiastic about their fields and are very committed to their subjects.'
