Mentoring
The Research Staff Mentoring Programme offers researchers at GCU an opportunity to engage in a formal mentoring scheme for a period of six months to focus their development in a mentoring partnership with another GCU member of staff.
In 2022, the Research Staff Mentoring Programme was successful in gaining the Scottish Mentoring Project Quality Award, recognising our good practice.
Completion of the online application form will begin the process and slides from our briefing session for mentors and mentees will provide more information.
