Tullibardine Distillery feasibilty project
We were asked to assess of the viability of an operation providing visitor attraction, retail and catering facilities based around the re-opening of the Tullibardine whisky distillery in rural Stirlingshire in 2001.
The study detailed likely market demand for the various facilities, benchmark lessons from our experience of other operations, including capital and operational costs and marketing development to ensure the success of the planned operation.
Tullibardine Distillery is now a fully operational and successful visitor attraction, achieving visitor numbers ahead of our initial projections.
