Dr Afroditi Dalakoura is a Senior Lecturer in HRM at Glasgow School for Business and Society. She holds a PhD in Leadership Development from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a master's in Communication Studies from the University of Leeds and a bachelor's degree in Operational Research and Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
After receiving her PhD, she completed a two-year Professional Qualification in Counselling Psychology (Systems Approach) and two more years of professional training in Character Analysis and Psychotherapy.
Afroditi joined Glasgow Caledonian University in 2015. Before joining GCU, Afroditi had 10 years of academic teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate degree levels and 15 years of business training, coaching and consulting experience. Afroditi is the Programme Leader for the Global Master of Business Administration (Global MBA), delivered in Glasgow, London, Malaysia and Nepal.
