Anand Philip is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Cybersecurity and Networks in the School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment at GCU, where he has been a member of the staff since 2009. With a career spanning over a decade, Anand has led the undergraduate programmes within the department for seven years and currently serves as the department's learning and teaching advisor.
Anand has a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, a master's degree in Networking, and a doctorate in mathematical modelling of Software-Defined Networks.
His expertise extends beyond academia, as he has also been certified in leading industry technologies such as CISCO Systems, Microsoft, and VMware datacentre solutions. Anand has achieved the status of Senior Fellow in Advanced Higher Education, a testament to his contributions and leadership in the field.
