Ben Scott

Ben is an experienced Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, further education, the retail industry, third sector, and in SMEs. He is a teacher, supervisor, and researcher in the field of management and HRM.
Ben is a member of the CIPD and the British Psychological Society.
Ben is currently undertaking doctoral research considering reaction to changes in job content caused by factors external to an organisation. He has a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Business Law from the University of Strathclyde.
