Fiona Campbell was appointed Vice-Principal, People and Student Wellbeing of Glasgow Caledonian University in February 2022 having been Acting Vice-Principal, People and Student Wellbeing, since October 2021. She is currently responsible for the portfolios of People Services and Student Life
Beginning her career in 1986 with Bank of Montreal Financial Group, Fiona had a variety of roles before moving into HR and OD in 1999. Fiona moved to Scotland in 2005 and joined GCU as an HR Business Partner in 2006, before progressing to Director of People Services in September 2019.
Fiona studied HR at McGill University in Montreal, and later graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at GCU in 2012.
