Dr Gabriele Vojt is a researcher in the School of Health and Life Sciences working on the EPIToPe (Evaluating the population impact of Hepatitis C direct-acting antiviral treatment as prevention for people who inject drugs) research programme. She received her BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London; followed by an MSc in Forensic Psychology at GCU in 2003. In 2014, Gabriele completed her PhD in Forensic Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Edinburgh.
Gabriele has conducted research across a variety of settings including the criminal justice system, the NHS and the third sector. Her primary research interests focus on vulnerable populations, behaviour change, intervention design and evaluation. In her current project, Gabriele aims at identifying what works and what does not work in upscaling hepatitis C services as part of treatment as prevention.
