Academic Development and Student Learning
Ilyas has been with GCU since September 2012 when he initially joined the GCU LEAD team as Project Coordinator, providing support to the new AcceleRATE (Recognising Achievement in Teaching Excellence) CPD (Learning and Teaching) Framework. After restructuring of the directorate, Ilyas now supports the administration of the newly formed Department of Academic Development and Student Learning.
He is a returning alumnus having gained his postgraduate qualification at the University and brings with him a wide range of experience gained through prior employment in the voluntary sector and both HE and FE sectors.
Ilyas is located in Room B107 at the Britannia Building.
