Professor Jiang has been actively engaged in water and environmental science research for over three decades, specializing in the development and application of water treatment chemicals, the design and optimization of water treatment unit processes, the recovery of nutrients like phosphorus from wastewater, and the degradation of emerging micro-pollutants in aquatic environments.
His research has resulted in numerous published journal articles and the acquisition of international and UK patents, facilitating the transfer of knowledge to industries to address practical issues.
