Dr John Lowe is a senior lecturer on the Quantity Surveying programmes at Glasgow Caledonian University. He has worked as a lecturer for over 30 years, gaining experience at Heriot-Watt University and the University of Aston, Birmingham before joining GCU in 1996. His research interests are in: Property Economics, Contract & Project Finance, Value and Risk Appraisal and Construction Development Risk.
