Dr Kate Boyle (PhD) is a Lecturer focusing on Employment Relations at Glasgow Caledonian University.
She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
She teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels on topic areas such as employment relations/industrial relations, professional development, international HRM, and research methods.
Her publications and current research interests focus on identity at work, employee voice, ideational power and rhetoric in the context of industrial relations.
