Mijoh is a Lecturer at the Management Department of Glasgow School for Business and Society. He obtained a master’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Strathclyde after his first degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Lagos State University.
His research interests link operations and supply chain management, sustainable development, information systems and business solution delivery. His PhD thesis focused on Simulation-based Impact Analysis for Sustainable Manufacturing Design and Management (a holistic approach that integrates the three sustainability dimensions in an analytical model to support effective decision-making).
Mijoh is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, and before joining the University, he worked as a Teaching Associate at the University of Strathclyde and an Associate Lecturer at the University of Derby where he completed his PhD. Mijoh also worked in the Specialists’ Offices of HMRC and has over 25 years of work experience in the oil and gas industries and public sectors.
He was an IT expert and Logistic Coordinator at Geoservices (now Schlumberger) and IT Consultant for FMC Technologies. Mijoh has given presentations of his research at both national and international conferences, and so far, has published in major sustainable development journals including the Journal of Cleaner Production and Sustainability.
