Dr Moses Aprofin Ashawa is a Lecturer at the Department of Cyber Security and Networks in the School of Computing, Engineering, and Built Environment. He is a dedicated researcher with many years of industrial and academic experience with a track record of personal and collaborative research.
He completed his BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Benue State University Makurdi and went on to graduate with MSc in Computer Security and Digital Forensics (With Distinction) from the University of Bedfordshire and a PhD in Cyber Security and Defence from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. His research interests include cybersecurity, computer security, machine learning, digital forensics, malware analysis, e-governance, and ethical hacking.
