Tayler’s teaching experience focuses on HRM, with a particular interest in employee wellbeing. Tayler is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, alongside an Associate member of the CIPD.
Tayler’s research interests focus on remote working, mental distress, employee alienation, and public-sector and service-sector employment. Tayler is also a member of the Global Hospitality Research Alliance (GHRA), a group of international researchers, contributing to critical research in the hospitality sector.
