The Admissions Service at Glasgow Caledonian University are responsible for responding to enquiries from prospective students, as well as applications to study at the University. The service includes the following teams:

Enquiries

If you're interested in studying at GCU and would like some assistance, the Enquiries Team can give you the advice you're looking for.

Whether it's about how to apply, tuition fees, entry requirements for courses, or if you're an international student, we can give you information. We offer a personalised service to all those looking to study here and provide accurate and up-to-date information about studying at GCU.

The team also deals with newly received applications to our courses to ensure that these are processed quickly and accurately.

Undergraduate Admissions

The team is responsible for making decisions on applications submitted for undergraduate study at GCU. They also assist with the student visa process for international students with the issue of a Certificate of Acceptance of Studies (CAS).

  • If you are in Glasgow and would like to drop into our Enquiries Office to meet one of the team, you can find us on the first floor of the William Harley Building. There are signposts around campus but if you are unsure where to find us, please access our campus map. The Enquiries Office is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30am until 4.30pm, and is closed on Saturday and Sundays.
