Our BA (Hons) Business Management Graduate Apprenticeship with Hospitality Management is designed for individuals seeking to professionalise their skills within the hospitality sector. This programme is a specialised route within our Business Management programme.

Hospitality is a major industry in Scotland, employing a workforce of over 200,000 individuals and contributing £9 billion to the economy. From hotels and restaurants to tourism and event venues, this dynamic industry offers a world of exciting opportunities where team leaders driven by a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction are in high demand.

In direct response to the sector’s need for proficient professionals, our curriculum combines a strong academic foundation in broader business management principles, with specialised teaching in hospitality-specific content. From event management and strategy to sustainability and ethics, our programme equips apprentices with the broad range of skills needed to thrive in the competitive hospitality sector.
