Our MSc Human Resource Management (Part-Time) course offers a comprehensive, academically rigorous framework designed to support the career development of those in, or aspiring to, operational, strategic, generalist, or specialist HR roles. Accredited at CIPD Level 7, with mutual recognition from the Australian HR Institute and alignment with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), this course is ideal for professionals looking to enhance their HR expertise while studying part-time over 2 to 2.5 years, with September and January intakes.

You’ll study two modules per trimester and attend campus 1-2 days a week, providing flexibility to balance work commitments. The course covers essential HR skills, including employment law, human resource development, employee experience, and wellbeing, alongside leadership development, career planning, and reflective practice. These areas will prepare you to become a global and ethical HR professional with a strategic mindset.
