Pathway students enrol on the undergraduate BSc (Hons) Building Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University. In the first two years, you study HND Building Surveying at City of Glasgow College while preparing to progress to year three of the degree.

Building surveying graduates enjoy excellent career prospects as building surveyors advising clients on both commercial and residential building issues.

Choose the building surveying college pathway if:

• You are interested in building assessment, property development and conservation
• You would like the option to study and work abroad
• You enjoy learning in a hands-on practical way
• You work best with lots of interaction from lecturing staff
